25th Annual Dermott Crawfish Festival -
May 16 & 17, 2008 |
The 25th Annual Dermott Crawfish Festival will be
held on Friday and Saturday, May 16 and 17th, 2008, in downtown
Dermott, Arkansas. One of Arkansas’ most successful festivals,
the award winning Dermott Crawfish Festival, a food and music
festival, is sponsored by the Dermott Chamber of Commerce. Don’t
miss the live music, crawfish dinners, official crawfish
t-shirts, arts, crafts and food vendors and free train and fire
truck rides for the kids on Saturday.
Thursday night, May 15, is children’s night at the carnival
provided by All America Amusements. With the purchase of a
$10.00 arm band, children can ride from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. on
all rides. Arm bands may be purchased in advance at the Dermott
Public schools or the Chamber office.
Other scheduled events include the Rotary pancake breakfast and
“ Show your Rims” competition with special entertainment acts
scheduled during the day on Saturday.
New this year to the festival will be a dog show on Saturday.

Booth spaces may be rented up to the day of the festival, so be
sure that one is reserved for you and make plans now to attend
the Dermott Crawfish Festival on May 16 and 17, 2008.
